Our #1 goal is customer satisfaction and safety for each and every guide trip. We know that as a professional guide service you have to be professional in every sense of the word. So with the recent pandemic, we want customers to know that LOA guides will be taking every precaution necessary to make sure you are taken care of on the water.
- We will practice social distancing as much as possible while loading, unloading, and fishing within our 19-21 foot boats. As such, we will only be allowing up to 3 customers at this current time with our fishing guides.
- We ask that customers supply their own masks and gloves for those who wish to wear them while on their trip. (N-95 Masks or even Sun Buffs will suffice)
- Our guides will be sanitizing all of their rods, reels, seats, and every other part of their boat that has been exposed in between all trips.
- We will ask you prior to your trip if you are feeling sick or have had any cold/flu like symptoms that we look to possibly reschedule your trip for a later date.
- Most importantly we want to make sure that your experience is not focused on the pandemic but rather enjoying your time on the water with many hooksets.
